Project & Product Manager

The position requires to take the authority and the responsibility of coordinating activities related to the development and the support of our softwares.

Responsibilities

As a leader he/she is responsible of defining the features of the product that will be developed and supported by the team.
He/she must:
• Identify each requirement that must meet the customer’s need;
• Provide the details on these elements to the team;
• Prioritize and assign tasks;
• Control the quality of the delivered products;
• Coordinates the deployments.

Librarian

As part of our customer support activities, we are looking for a librarian.

He/she will provide support on the library management softwares developed by the company and assist the Chief Librarian in its dealings with clients (BaNQ, schools, municipalities, etc.).
He/she must:
- Provide functional support on the integrated library system (ILS) Portfolio
- Provide technical support on the ILS
- Transmit the queries he cannot resolve to the technical teams.

Requirements:

University degree in Information Science with a specialization in one of the following areas:
- Customer Support
- Library science
- Management of Electronic Information
- Strategic Management of Information
1 to 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the library community
- Dynamic, flexible temperament, who loves team work and has a rigorous and well articulated approach
- Ability to transfer knowledge (training)
- "Customer service" oriented
Asset: knowledge of the software Portfolio
